EXTRA TIME: Okocha, Kanu lead Nigeria players to condemn slavery in Libya

Former Nigeria internationals Jay-Jay Okocha, Nwankwo Kanu and Emmanuel Emenike alongside current skipper John Obi Mikel, Kenneth Omeruo and Elderson Echiejile have condemned the act of slavery in Libya.

Following a shocking footage of young African migrants being sold for as low as 400 dollars in a slave market located in the north African region, the former Premier League stars and some Super Eagles stars have joined the football world to decry the buying and selling of Africans.

The slave trade in Libya 🇱🇾 must stop 💔😭😭😭😭😭😭
