Kaptoum joins on the sidelines Montpellier defender Ambroise Oyongo who has also been ruled out of the two matches.

"Ambroise Oyongo will not play matches against Morocco and Brazil due to a wound on his right knee," ESPN quoted Fecafoot as having announced.

“ Boumal will not be able to take part in the next Indomitable Lions' games because of an injury he sustained with his club.

"According to the national team doctor, Professor William Ngatchou, who consulted the player upon his arrival and did his imaging, his wound requires medical care."

Cameroon will host the 2019 Afcon finals and the Indomitable Lions are participating in the qualifiers to earn some game time.

Leading Group B with eight points from four matches, Cameroon coach and Dutch legend Seedorf has managed to win one of his three matches in charge since being appointed Cameroon coach in August.
