Midfielders Gosling, Pugh, Arter, Stanislas, Lewis Cook, Ibe, Fraser, Wilshere
Forwards Gradel, King, Afobe, Mousset

Dan Gosling is unlikely to be available for this match and Andrew Surman is out for the season, so Jack Wilshere and Harry Arter could continue in central midfield.

Ryan Fraser is likely to come into the side for Jordon Ibe, with Junior Stanislas facing a late fitness test after a groin injury. Adam Federici and Callum Wilson are long-term absentees.

Potential starting XI: Boruc; Adam Smith, Francis, Cook, Daniels; Fraser, Arter, Wilshere, Pugh; King, Afobe.

Cesar Azpilicueta can be expected to return to centre-back, with Willian and Nemanja Matic in contention for a place in the team but Pedro and Cesc Fabregas in good form.

Diego Costa is favoured to score first at 10/3, with Michy Batshuayi (9/2) and Eden Hazard (5/1) next. No goalscorer (11/1) is shorter odds than Josh King opening the scoring for Bournemouth (12/1).

Eddie Howe Bournemouth Premier League

After defeat to Crystal Palace, Chelsea got the response they needed by beating Manchester City at Stamford Bridge to keep seven points between themselves and Tottenham.

The challenging April fixture list is far from over, however. Victory at Bournemouth would be invaluable ahead of away trips to Manchester United and Everton, a home date against Southampton and their FA Cup semi-final against Spurs.

With Middlesbrough, West Brom and Sunderland waiting in May, the title race will be all but over if Chelsea can remain more than three points ahead of Mauricio Pochettino's men at the end of the month. Every victory sees Spurs' already distant hopes fade slightly more.

Bournemouth, though, have done a decent job of playing spoilers this season. The Cherries have taken four points off of Liverpool and got a result of some kind against Arsenal, Tottenham, Manchester United and Everton, with Manchester City the only top-seven side to have beaten them twice.

They are slightly depleted in midfield without Andrew Surman, Junior Stanislas and possibly Dan Gosling, but there is enough talent in Eddie Howe's ranks to trouble even the best sides in the top flight. City are one of only two teams to win at the Vitality Stadium this year.
