AFC Leopards v Gor Mahia match to be beamed live on TV

This season’s first leg ‘Mashemeji’ derby which is scheduled for Sunday will be broadcasted live on television

The much-awaited Kenyan Premier League match pitting AFC Leopards against Gor Mahia set for Sunday at Nyayo Stadium will be aired live on K24.

Kenyan Premier League Limited have confirmed the development which comes barely two days before the match-day.

This match was to be played in ‘darkness’ following the exit of SuperSport, a broadcasting company which aired a number of Kenyan Premier League matches for the last 10 years and a mammoth of fans who cannot make it to the stadium will now be able to watch their beloved players from home.

Those who will attend the event, whose kick-off time is 3:00pm, at the stadium will pay Sh300 for a seat at the terraces and Sh1000 for a VIP seat.
