AFC Leopards head coach Rodolfo Zapata believes Ingwe is the biggest club in the country ahead of 'Mashemeji Derby'.

Ingwe will host rivals Gor Mahia in the first leg on July 22 at Kasarani.

The Argentine, who will be taking full charge in his maiden derby, now claims that Ingwe is the biggest team in Kenya even though his side last won the league title 20 years ago.

"Leopards is the biggest thing in the country. I love the pressure and the challenge to build a winning team and change the 20-years of league drought.”

Zapata has told Goal that he loves to work under pressure and will do absolutely everything to help the team progress.

“My immediate target is to win games, as many as we can, but long term is to prepare these players for next season.

"I still believe this season is still open and our main aim is to finish top three, meaning we can still challenge for the trophy."

Ingwe is currently placed fourth on the log with 35 points.
