Barcelona are pursuing another Arsenal player in the shape of Gael Clichy, according to a report in The Daily Mail.
Whilst the Catalan giants' pursuit of Cesc Fabregas has been well-documented, it seems that the Spanish outfit want to plunder Arsene Wenger's squad further by making the French left-back another target.
Barca coach Pep Guardiola was reportedly impressed with the player during the recent Champions League clashes between the two sides, and apparently sees a new left-back as a greater priority than a central midfielder such as Fabregas.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger today ruled out a Barcelona move for Fabregas, and insisted that any player who was truly competitive would want to play in England rather than the Spanish league, which Wenger asserted was "in disarray" with only two competitive sides in it.
Clichy is ranked No.354 overall in the Castrol Rankings, while current Barcelona left-back Eric Abidal is ranked No.65 overall.
