Tottenham's Carlo Cudicini signs one-year contract extension

The Italian goalkeeper, who joined from Chelsea in 2009, contended for a first team place in the final stages of the season.
Carlo Cudicini has signed a one-year contract extension with Tottenham.

The Italian goalkeeper joined White Hart Lane from Chelsea in 2009 as a reserve choice for Heurelho Gomes, however, the 37-year-old played in the club’s final three games of the season.

“The club is delighted to announced that Carlo Cudicini has signed a one-year contract extension which runs until 2012,” read a statement on the club's official website.
