Roma have signed Nicolas Burdisso from Inter on a four year deal, the club said in a statement on Saturday.
Sporting director Daniele Prade was in Milan on Friday finalizing the agreement with the Nerazzurri who had shown resistance over their fee. The Lupi have agreed to pay Inter €8 million over three years.
Burdisso has penned a four year contract and will earn €3.8m during the 2010/11 season, with an increase to €4.5m per year for the 2011/12, 2012/13 and 2013/14 seasons.
A statement on the club's official website reads: "AS Roma S.p.A announce that we have finalized an agreement with Inter for the permanent acquisition of Nicolas Burdisso with effect from today (Saturday).
"An €8m fee will go in favor of Inter for the acquisition."
The stopper joins brother Guillermo who signed for the Lupi earlier this month.
