Coca-Cola Memorable Celebrations 28: Francesco Totti Sucks His Thumb

Roman talisman's winner against Australia back in 2006 gets our thumbs up.
Goal.com, in association with Coca-Cola, are counting down the Top 50 most memorable World Cup celebrations of all time. Let's go back to that epic second round match between Italy and Australia four years ago which was settled by a hotly disputed penalty.

28) Francesco Totti - Italy (Germany 2006)

A game that will live long in the memory for both sets of fans. Australia equipped themselves well against the eventual winners but were unable to punish the Azzurri who had gone down to ten men in the second half. The winner arrived from the penalty spot and Totti celebrated like a kid in the playground. How so? By sucking his thumb of course. He later returned home for milk and cookies!

You can win an all expenses paid trip to the finals in South Africa by creating your own celebration video. Log onto www.youtube.com/cocacola to post your contender for glory. The crazier the better! The best ones will win a dream trip to the World Cup and there are thousands of runner up prizes of EA FIFA 10 and EA FIFA WC computer games to give away too.
