Mexico names preliminary squad for Copa America

El Tri will send a young squad to Argentina in July
A total of 26 players were named on the preliminary list of the Mexican team that will participate in the Copa America in Argentina.

CONCACAF has requested Mexico takes a squad aged under 22, plus up to five older players, to the South American championship. Mexico will also participate in the Gold Cup in June. Copa America will take place July 1-July 24.

The list will be reduced to 22 on the 27th of June.
