Jozy Altidore is making up for lost time after two months on the sidelines.
The Toronto FC striker scored for the fourth straight game Wednesday, coming off the bench to net the 86th-minute winner in a 2-1 victory at Orlando City.
Connecting with a through ball from Sebastian Giovinco, Altidore rounded goalkeeper Joe Bendik and slotted into an empty net to give TFC a 5-0-1 record since the U.S. international returned from a hamstring strain in mid-July.
Tosaint Ricketts opened the scoring in the seventh minute before Cyle Larin bagged an equalizer for Orlando 11 minutes after halftime.
Toronto improved to 12-7-7 win the win, passing New York City FC for first place in the Eastern Conference.
