Former Orlando Pirates and SuperSport United star Daine Klate has challenged other teams to come up with ways of catching up with Mamelodi Sundowns.
Masandawana have been dominating the Premier Soccer League in recent seasons and are on the verge of winning their sixth league title in a row.
"I think let us leave Sundowns and start talking about what the rest must do to get to that level Some [teams] don't have training facilities how will success arrive?" the ex-South Africa attacker tweeted and fans took the opportunity to share their ideas.
I think lets leave Sundowns and start talking about what the rest must must do to get to that level!!!! Some dont have training facilities how will success arrive?

Chiefs and Pirates have the financial muscle. Remember the one billion sponsorship? Let people leave Sundows alone and fix their problems if they are serious about competing with Downs - Morator
They must spend money to make money, buy players pay them make sure they are happy, and make sure you're technical [team] is top notch I think is the start and stop complaining and jealousy - Lenah Malatjie
Stop smoking socks! There’s a lot of young promising talent that should have been playing in big leagues in Europe sitting in stands and not on the bench at Sundowns - Thuso Alcantara
Those teams in PSL without proper training facilities, what plans do they have to invest in such time frames for such projects? This is a professional league and all teams should meet minimum standards of professionalism - Melikhaya Pantsi
True, them catching up will be uplifting the standard of the PSL, you can't ask for a successful team to drop standard because you are failing to compete, especially if they are not breaking any rules of the game. As a Pirates fan, I would be happy if my team reached such level - Lutendo Dzivhani
Sundowns themselves don't even have proper training facilities, at the end of the day success is just based on the fact that which team is willing to do whatever it takes to be successful - Menzi Mzizi
Leadership. People should start looking at what other teams can do, Chiefs have all the resources and could have any player they want because they have all structures serving well. Sundowns had to come with strategies that are working for them, therefore let's see what others can do - Nicholus Nelukalo
That should be the focus. That's when teams would realize there's more to Sundowns' success than just money. There's a culture of winning there. Players and the technical team push themselves to the limit. Now I doubt money can buy you that - Mlungisi Hlongwane
It all starts with investment in funds, facilities and personnel who have the same goal as the chairman of the team going forward and a weekly motivation [bonus for every win. If the team draws or losses 10% is taken from salary] - Brian Sithole
We are saying let's introduce the financial fair play, look into having proper training facilities and having proper development structures all of these are important - Samkelo Blessing
