Reyna is now looking to relax and recharge ahead of Dortmund’s return to action on January 13, 2024, with elite competition of a different kind being enjoyed. The talented playmaker was just off the floor as the Brooklyn Nets suffered a 122-117 defeat to the Denver Nuggets on Friday night.

Questions have been asked of how long Reyna will be sticking around at Dortmund, with transfer speculation resurfacing ahead of the January window. He has stated a desire to prove himself at Signal Iduna Park.

Reyna has a contract until 2025 but is, with international ambition to think about after earning 24 caps for the USMNT, aware of the need to find more minutes – with just 229 seen in the Bundesliga this season, while making only one start in the German top-flight.
