Morning

The day kicks off at 7:30 a.m. with a brisk walk, and no, it's not solo. Bennett's got her dog, Cash, in tow. Even the stars find time to clear their minds before the grind. You don’t need a fancy routine, just a pair of sneakers and some fresh air.

By 8:30, it’s fuel time. Forget the gourmet spread. Keep it real with a Clif Bar and Greek yogurt. That’s what this player does, proving that sometimes the best pre-workout meal is simple, fast, and all about those macros. Prioritize fuel that gets the job done.

Afternoon

Then it’s off to Surf Sports Park for the midfielder. The pros don’t just roll out of bed and onto the field, of course.

First stop, treatment. Tuning up those muscles is essential, especially if you plan to go hard in the gym. And, Bennett’s routine isn’t for the faint of heart - a solid lift session followed by some serious pitch time. Strength. Endurance. Skill. What’s next? Tacos. Team tacos, at that.
