Who's hot, who's not? INDIVISA ranks all 14 teams across the National Women's Soccer League

The NWSL is back after an international break, and the tables have turned. While the frontrunners - Orlando Pride and Kansas City Current - again earned results, there were some big results from Gotham FC and Angel City that moved them back up the league standings.

The Utah Royals and the North Carolina Courage are the only winless teams remaining.

    Prior Ranking: 13

Result: Lost to Portland Thorns 1-0

    13North Carolina Courage ⬇️

    Prior Ranking: 8

Result: Lost to Gotham FC 3-1

Ramifications: The North Carolina Courage have all the pieces to be an exceptional team - Casey Murphy in goal, Jaedyn Shaw up top, and a dynamic Ashley Sanchez in the midfield. For whatever reason, they are still experiencing some growing pains this season.

On Sunday, the Courage gave up three goals to Gotham FC in New Jersey. To Gotham's credit, the team showed a new side, but if the Courage want to get back up in the standings they will need to turn things around next weekend when they host Bay FC.

The big question mark for this Louisville team, though, is their lack of goals. They have only executed two this season.

    10Bay FC ↔️

    Prior Ranking: 10

Result: Lost to Chicago Stars 2-1

Ramifications: Bay FC didn't have much of an answer for Chicago, specifically Ludmila, who scored within the first five minutes. Bay FC had some strong defensive efforts, such as Abby Dahlkemper's goal-line save, and Caprice Dydasco and Alyssa Malonson's nonstop work rate to track back on the wing.

    7San Diego Wave ↔️

    Prior Ranking: 7

Result: Lost to Kansas City Current 2-0

Ramifications: There's a lot of promise in this year's San Diego Wave team. And while the lost to Kansas City, still have many bright spots. To the Wave's credit, they haven't had the easiest schedule, facing Orlando Pride last weekend, followed by the Current the next.

But somewhat "easier" games may be ahead for them as they face Racing Louisville next weekend, followed by the Chicago Stars.
