Let’s tee it up and kick things off with what is expected to be the highest-scoring game of the day: Commanders at Cowboys. The opening 49-point total skyrocketed to its current number of 54.5 (-110), and I’m not even thinking twice about taking the over.
The Cowboys' defense is so bad that Russell Wilson looked like he belonged in the Hall of Fame. Last year’s Offensive Rookie of the Year winner, Jayden Daniels, is primed for a huge day through the air, so 227.5 passing yards (-115) should go over with ease; four of the last five opposing QBs vs Dallas have thrown for 280+.
Perhaps my favorite bet of the week is a Luke McCaffrey anytime TD (+380). By the time you read this, the odds will have likely changed with fellow WRs Terry McLaurin (ankle) and Deebo Samuel (heel) trending towards being out. McCaffrey has scored TDs in three of his last four games, and Dallas has allowed 12 TDs to WRs in six games this season.
On Sunday Night Football, it’s yet another chance for Falcons RB Bijan Robinson to go bananas in front of the whole country. Robinson has posted 419 total yards over his last two games, including a career-high 238 against the Bills last week.
The 49ers have been incredibly generous to opposing RBs this season, allowing talented RBs like Alvin Kamara (120 total yards), Travis Etienne (125), Kyren Williams (131), and the Rachaad White/Sean Tucker duo (111) to have success. Bijan is much better, and his number is currently at 121.5 rushing + receiving yards, so hammer that over (-115)!
Christian McCaffrey gets a tough matchup against the Falcons, who aren’t allowing RBs to do much this season. Teams have essentially given up running against ATL, as they are allowing the second-fewest carries (18.4) to RBs this season. McCaffrey’s rushing yards prop is currently 60.5, and he hasn’t hit that since the season opener. Take the under (-115) on 60.5 rushing yards.
