The Egyptians are through to the Confederation Cup last four despite their loss to the Zambians

Pyramids bowed 1-0 at home to Zanaco in the Caf Confederation Cup quarter-final second leg.

Rodgers Kola scored the lone goal on the stroke of half-time to hand the Zambians an away victory inside Cairo’s June 30 Stadium.

However, it was the Egyptians who progressed to the semi-finals 3-1 on aggregate thanks to their huge 3-0 first leg win in Lusaka.
