Barcelona are amongst the teams interested in signing Juan Mata, <a href="https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/football/8974875/man-utd-mata-barcelona-swoop/" target="_blank">The Sun</a> reports, but the midfielder would have to take a pay cut if he wants to make a move to Camp Nou. Mata's Man Utd contract runs out at the end of the season and it is said the 31-year-old would jump at the chance to play with the Spanish champions. Should he agree to the move, however, he would earn less than his current £170,000-per-week wages, although decent bonuses and a signing on fee could offset the drop in basic pay.

Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen has agreed on terms with Real Madrid for a summer transfer, according to <a href="https://as.com/futbol/2019/04/30/primera/1556649926_640482.html" target="_blank">AS</a>.
