Chelsea have signed Aleksi Heino, who will join the club's academy on a two-year deal. West Ham have joined Leicester City in the race to sign Saint-Etienne defender Wesley Fofana, claims&nbsp;<a href="https://www.lequipe.fr/Football/Article/Transferts-apres-leicester-west-ham-se-lance-dans-la-course-pour-wesley-fofana-saint-etienne/1175535" target="_blank">l'Equipe</a>.
