Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu says the Catalan club would talk to arch rivals Real Madrid about a move for Isco. The Spain midfielder has been frozen out at the Bernabeu and&nbsp;Bartomeu is quoted as saying by&nbsp;<a href="https://www.marca.com/futbol/barcelona/2019/02/05/5c5a110822601da73c8b4649.html" target="_blank">Marca</a>:&nbsp;“If our coaches asked us for a player and they want to leave Madrid, of course we would sign them, but it has not happened since I arrived. “There are no non-aggression pacts, each of us try to make our team more competitive. AC Milan have secured a deal to sign Allan Saint-Maximin from Nice, according to <a href="https://www.sportmediaset.mediaset.it/mercato/milan/colpo-milan-accordo-con-il-nizza-per-saint-maximin_1259843-201902a.shtml" target="_blank">Sport Mediaset</a>. The Italian club has reached a rough agreement with the French side after nearly getting a deal done for the winger in January.
