    Chelsea are keen to secure the services of Atletico Madrid superstar Joao Felix and will flex their financial muscle in a bid to land the 22-year-old Portuguese international as they look for 'a new star' face for their project, as per Spanish outlet Fichajes.

    The report adds that the Blues had already sounded out a move for Felix last summer, but Los Rojiblancos were not willing to listen to bids for their prized asset. The situation could be very different this time around.
