Exclusive: Wolves star Adama Traore explains covering his arms in baby oil, gym discipline & what former club Barcelona means to him

Spanish forward Adama Traore has made a name for himself as a world-class dribbler and speedster, but his unique custom of lathering baby oil over his muscles has also contributed to his popularity. Why does he do it? The Wolves player explains the habit and other aspects of his career, including his gym discipline and time at Barcelona, on the latest episode of Box to Box.

In addition to playing for Wolves and Barcelona, Traore has also featured for Middlesbrough and Aston Villa during his career. Indeed, his experiences have given him plenty of inside knowledge on how to best prepare himself for success.
