Arsenal v West Ham United Betting Tips: Latest odds, team news, preview and predictions

Only champions Manchester City have won more home matches in the Premier League this season than Arsenal. The Gunners will be aiming for another success this weekend when their rivals from the east of the capital, West Ham visit the Emirates Stadium. This is a match that comes just two days after Arsene Wenger announced he will be leaving the club at the end of the current campaign.

Latest odds

The Hammers have only won one of their last seven league games on the road and SportPesa offer them at 19/4 (5.75) to pick up three points on Sunday. West Ham have drawn their London derbies against Crystal Palace, Spurs and Chelsea this season and another stalemate is priced at 7/2 (4.50), while Arsenal can be backed at 5/9 (1.56).

Team news

Henrikh Mykhitaryan remains out for Arsenal, although also Arsene Wenger could rest some players ahead of the Gunners' Europa League semi final with Atletico Madrid.

West Ham meanwhile have Michail Antonio, Pedro Obiang and Winston Reid all missing.

Hammers to net at the Emirates

It may have been an extremely disappointing season for West Ham, yet David Moyes' side boast a surprisingly strong scoring record on the road. Indeed, the east London outfit have scored in each of their last nine away games including at Manchester City, Spurs, Liverpool and Chelsea.

With the Gunners conceding in nine of their last 12 games in all competitions, the statistics point to more goals at the Emirates. Certainly Arsenal themselves should find the back of the net as they have done in 30 of their last 31 Premier League games in their own stadium, while West Ham have kept just two clean sheets in their last 18 away matches.

Tips and predictions

Both teams to score is priced at 5/8 (1.63), but for healthier odds backing goals at both ends and over 2.5 goals in the game at 20/23 (1.87) looks appealing. This selection has paid out in each of Arsenal's last four games in all competitions, as well as in five of West Ham's last seven away Premier League games.
