UEFA Europa League Qualifiers

Thanks for joining our coverage today. Until next time, goodbye.
There are now 14 games to go in the Premier League season and Liverpool face another big game on Monday against West Ham. Leicester, meanwhile, will look to build on another fantastic away performance when they host Manchester United on Sunday.
Game over! Liverpool are unable to take advantage of a golden opportunity and can only extend their lead at the top of the Premier League table to five points. It all started superbly with Mane opening the scoring early on but the Reds never truly looked comfortable. Maguire equalised just before the break and the home side were unable to muster a response. Manchester City will breathe a sigh of relief.
B. Chilwell
Yellow Card
90' + 4' A late yellow card for Chilwell as he hoofs the ball away to waste time.
90' + 4' Mane rises at the near post to head at goal but he cannot hit the target. That should be that.
90' + 3' Leicester have everyone back on defensive duty, Liverpool are throwing everyone forward. The Reds have a very late corner.
90' + 1' The fourth official has signalled for four minutes of additional time.
K. Iheanacho
J. Vardy
90' Third and final change for Leicester as Vardy is replaced by Iheanacho for the final few minutes of the game.
89' The home fans are urging Liverpool to surge forward but Liverpool are very slow in their play. It is not the sort of performance that you would expect from Klopp's side, particularly at home with the circumstances that surround the game.
87' What a tackle! Liverpool surge forward through Mane but Choudhury emerges from nowhere with a strong sliding challenge to quell the danger.
86' Leicester have put all their focus on defence now as they look to hold onto what would be a very good point. There is still time for that to change though.
S. Okazaki
D. Gray
84' Change for Leicester now as Okazaki replaces Gray for the closing stages of the game.
D. Sturridge
Roberto Firmino
82' Final change of the game for Liverpool shows Klopp's intent. On comes Sturridge, with Firmino making way.
82' Salah drills his attempt straight into the wall and Mane is then flagged offside after the Egypt ace flicked a cross into the middle at the second attempt.
81' A big chance for Liverpool now as Pereira fouls Salah right on the edge of the box, giving the Reds a glorious position to test Schmeichel from.
79' Chilwell has made 10 clearances so far, more than any other player on the pitch. He has been solid.
77' A reminder that a win here for Liverpool sends them seven points clear at the top. If the Reds draw, their advantage extends to five. It would still be a commanding position but would certainly be considered to be a missed opportunity.
H. Choudhury
J. Maddison
75' First change of the game for Leicester as Choudhury replaces Maddison.
74' SAVE! Henderson's powerful cross goes all the way over the box to Firmino, who cuts inside and forces a sharp save from Schmeichel. Matip rises to meet the resulting corner but heads off target.
73' An opportunity for Liverpool to create something as Mane is fouled by Ndidi and Henderson curls a cross into the middle but Leicester deal with the danger easily. The Foxes immediately hit on the counter but Gray can only fire a shot at goal that Alisson saves comfortably.
71' The home fans are frantically trying to urge their side forward but it is simply not clicking. Their last attempt was from Salah in the 36th minute, which was blocked.
69' Still more than enough time for Liverpool to secure a victory but they need to be more creative. They have not asked enough of Leicester's defence.
X. Shaqiri
67' Liverpool's second change sees the introduction of Firmino, who takes the spot of Shaqiri.
A. Lallana
N. Keïta
66' Confirmation of the double change for the home side, the first of which sees Keita replaced by Lallana.
65' Keita lofts a free-kick into the middle and it is an easy collect for Schmeichel. Klopp has seen enough as Liverpool are preparing a double change.
63' Every minute that passes is giving Leicester more and more confidence. It certainly feels like the game has at least one more goal in it.
61' Leicester have everyone except from Vardy on defensive duty at the moment. The Foxes are standing firm at the back, while the home fans are becoming increasingly frustrated.
59' Edging towards the hour mark and Liverpool have a crucial final half hour ahead of them. There is still plenty of time to go and a draw would not be the worst result but it would be a huge opportunity missed.
57' NO PENALTY! Keita charges forward from midfield, exchanging passes with Firmino, and then tumbles inside the box under pressure from Pereira. However, there is not enough in that for a foul to be given.
57' Leicester have done brilliantly to quell Salah so far. The Premier League's leading scorer has barely had a sniff.
55' Liverpool are looking very nervous in defence and Maguire is being given too much room to work with from set-piece situations.
53' HUGE SAVE! The ball is fired into the middle and the cries for offside fall on deaf ears. Maguire heads back into a central position and Firmino almost pokes into his own net but Alisson makes a crucial save.
52' Nice play from Pereira as he tries to make room for himself on the right and he is halted by a foul from Keita, who is fortunate to avoid a yellow card. It gives Leicester a free-kick in a dangerous area.
Ricardo Pereira
Yellow Card
50' Pereira commits a clumsy challenge on Mane in midfield and has his name taken by the referee.
50' BIG CHANCE! Gray and Chilwell combine on the left, with the latter then finding Maddison inside the box. He surges towards goal but elects to try and play a pass rather than shooting. Not for the first time this evening it is the wrong decision from the Leicester number 10.
48' Liverpool are dictating the tempo at the start of the second period but Leicester will be encouraged by the performance they showed during the latter stages of the first period.
46' Liverpool get the action back underway for the second half.
Liverpool now have work to do in the second half and they will be furious for conceding so late. It gives Leicester something to build upon though and it will be interesting to see how the Foxes approach the remainder of the match.
An entertaining first half saw Liverpool take the lead through Mane early on but Maguire's equaliser just before the interval threw a spanner in the works. The home fans are furious, they will argue the Leicester defender should have been sent off, but it was far too far from goal for a red to be shown.
B. Chilwell
45' + 3' Something from nothing for Leicester, who had given Alisson nothing to do. Chilwell's header dropped perfectly for Maguire and it is all square at Anfield.
H. Maguire
45' + 2' GOOOOOOOOOOOOAL! 1-1! The blue side of Manchester will be celebrating along with Leicester! Maddison's free-kick is dealt with but it drops to Chilwell on the edge of the area and he heads the ball over the top of the defence to Maguire, who tucks past Alisson with ease.
45' There will be one minute of additional time at the end of the first half.
43' Liverpool are unbeaten in their last 86 league games at Anfield when leading at half-time, winning 77 of those matches.
H. Maguire
Yellow Card
41' Mane turns in midfield to pounce on a loose ball and is clipped from behind by Maguire, who earns a yellow card. The home fans believe it should have been a red card but it was too far from goal to be considered a clear goalscoring opportunity.
40' Not long to go before the break and both sides will feel there is plenty of improvements they can make in the attacking third.
38' Salah charges into the box and straight into Maguire, hitting the deck, and the home fans believe they should have had a penalty. There was absolutely no chance of that though.
37' Still a one goal advantage for Liverpool, who do not need to take any risks to extend their lead, but they are certainly not in full flow.
35' A second goal for Liverpool before the break would likely kill this tie as a contest so it is vital Leicester keep Klopp's side at bay. They are managing for now but the hosts still look dangerous on the break.
33' A decent period in the game for Leicester, who have the hosts working hard in defence, but they are still lacking creativity and are yet to test Alisson.
31' Leicester will be pleased with their response after falling behind early on as they have not allowed Liverpool to build up steam. However, the Foxes have failed to get going in attack.
29' Leicester have lost six of their last seven away Premier League games against Liverpool, drawing once. As it stands, that poor record will be extended.
27' Not too much for Liverpool to shout about since taking the lead but Leicester have been equally flat in the final third.
25' WHAT A MISS! Woeful play from Alisson as he gives the ball to Albrighton, who floats a cross to the far post where Maddison is lurking. However, just a few yards from goal, he fails to hit the target and it seems he was trying to find Vardy.
24' Leicester look to have made a tactical tweak to their attack as Gray is now playing on the left, up against unorthodox full-back Henderson, with Albrighton moving to the right.
22' Liverpool are patiently trying to find a gap in Leicester's defence but the visitors have shut up shop since Mane's opening goal.
20' The slippy surface is not doing much favours for Liverpool's attacking play and they must be wondering what use their recent warm weather training trip to Dubai was with snow on the field at Anfield.
18' Leicester are starting to see more of the ball but Liverpool's defence is standing firm. However, Matip will need to be careful after picking up that booking.
J. Matip
Yellow Card
16' The first yellow card of the game is issued for Matip after he fouls Vardy in midfield, giving the referee no choice.
15' Liverpool have had 86% possession so far, which shows just how dominating they have been in the opening exchanges.
13' The tempo has died down a little bit at Anfield, with the noise level decreasing, but Leicester are still struggling to get the ball out of their own half.
11' Leicester named a side that has the ability to cause Liverpool problems but they have barely had any time on the ball in the opening exchanges.
9' Mane's goal (2:01) was Liverpool's quickest goal in the Premier League since April 2016, when Daniel Sturridge netted against Newcastle (1:07).
7' Another chance for Liverpool from the resulting corner as Mane rises to meet the cross but his header is off target.
6' SAVE! Brilliant from Liverpool again as Salah floats a cross to the far post, where Firmino takes the ball down excellently before cutting onto his right foot and forcing a superb save from Schmeichel.
5' Manchester City took an early lead yesterday so this game is by no means over but it has sparked Anfield into life. Not that it needed a spark, as the fans were up for this from the start. The Reds are in the mood.
S. Mané
3' GOOOOOOOOOOAL! 1-0 Liverpool! Just the start the hosts wanted! Mane links up with Robertson and Firmino before taking a superb touch away from Gray, drilling a low effort into the corner of the net that gives Schmeichel no hope.
1' We are underway at Anfield.
The two teams are heading onto the field ahead of what could be a decisive match in the Premier League title race.
Liverpool are unbeaten in their last 32 home Premier League games (W23 D9), the longest such run in the division since Man City went 37 without defeat between December 2010 and December 2012.
There are three changes to the Leicester side that lost 4-3 to Wolves as Simpson, Morgan and Barnes drop to the bench. In come Evans, Maddison and Albrighton, helping to create an attacking quartet that will look to cause Liverpool issues.
Klopp makes two changes to the side that beat Crystal Palace last time out as Shaqiri and Wijnaldum come in. Fabinho drops to the bench while James Milner is suspended but the big news is that Van Dijk starts despite a recent bout of illness.
Leicester subs: Danny Ward, Danny Simpson, Kelechi Iheanacho, Hamza Choudhury, Harvey Barnes, Shinji Okazaki, Wes Morgan.
Leicester XI (4-2-3-1): Kasper Schmeichel; Ricardo Pereira, Jonny Evans, Harry Maguire, Ben Chilwell; Nampalys Mendy, Wilfred Ndidi; Demarai Gray, James Maddison, Marc Albrighton; Jamie Vardy.
Liverpool subs: Simon Mignolet, Dejan Lovren, Rafael Camacho, Adam Lallana, Fabinho, Divock Origi, Daniel Sturridge.
Liverpool XI (4-2-3-1): Alisson; Georginio Wijnaldum, Joel Matip, Virgil van Dijk, Andrew Robertson; Jordan Henderson, Naby Keita; Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino, Xherdan Shaqiri; Mohamed Salah.
Manchester City's shock defeat to Newcastle United yesterday saw Pep Guardiola's side miss the chance to pull just one point behind Liverpool, which in turn means the Reds can open up a seven-point advantage with a win. Meanwhile, a win for Leicester would see the Foxes rise to eighth and would help reduce the pressure upon Claude Puel's shoulders.
Hello and welcome to our LIVE coverage of the Premier League clash between Liverpool and Leicester City, where the hosts are looking to take a big stride towards the title.
