  • WHAT HAPPENED?

During a light-hearted training session, Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick hilariously corrected Lamine Yamal’s kit in front of teammates and cameras. The 17-year-old starlet had pulled his shorts down to nearly knee level, prompting Flick to step in, literally. The German coach walked over and yanked the shorts back up, almost giving Yamal a wedgie, while smiling as the youngster awkwardly tried to fix them again.

    THE BIGGER PICTURE

Since taking charge at Barcelona, Flick has emphasized not only performance but also professionalism, especially among the club's younger talents. Moments like these show his willingness to mentor, not just in tactics and fitness, but in attitude and image, reinforcing team standards, and his personal connect with the players especially the young ones. In his debut 2024/25 season, he led the young Nou Camp club to a La Liga title with 88 points, losing just three league games all season.
