Osimhen is plotting a move away from Napoli after an impressive loan stint at Galatasaray, where he scored 37 goals in 41 appearances for them. According to a report by Neunzigplus, the Turkish giants and Saudi Pro League champions Al-Hilal are after his signature, with the latter offering him an absurd amount.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Osimhen has a €75 million (£63m/$85m)) release clause in his contract, but Galatasaray are trying to get it down to €60m (£50m/$68m). The Turkish side also have a wage of €15m (£13m/$17m) for him in their kitty. However, Al-Hilal can present nearly three times that wage on the table, offering a staggering €40m salary in an attempt to convince him to join a team now coached by Simone Inzaghi.

If Osimhen chooses Al-Hilal as his next destination, he will become the sixth Nigerian to ply his trade in the Saudi top-tier, after Saviour Godwin, Odion Ighalo, William Troost-Ekong, Henry Onyekuru and Ambrose Ochigbo.
