Revealed: The incredible salary Victor Osimhen has been offered by Al-Ahli as Saudi Pro League team challenge Chelsea to signing of Napoli striker

According to Gianluca Di Marzio, a meeting between Al-Ahli representatives and Osimhen's agent will occur soon. Moreover, the 25-year-old is set to be offered a whopping €30 million (£25m/$33m) per year for four years to tempt him to the Middle East.

The report adds Al-Ahli will offer Napoli €65m (£55m/$72m) for the Nigerian international, who is also wanted by Chelsea, and there will also be a termination clause in the contract - something Osimhen is reportedly keen on. Despite the Blues' efforts, the ex-Lille man could be heading to Saudi in the coming days.

Osimhen, who has a contract with Napoli until 2026 and has a release clause of £113m ($149m), has scored 76 goals in 133 games for the Italian outfit since signing in 2020. He helped them to their first Serie A triumph in 33 years in 2023 thanks to 26 goals in the league.

Chelsea have just over 24 hours to secure the services of Osimhen before the transfer deadline passes, whereas Al-Ahli and other Saudi sides have until September 2 - as that is when their transfer window shuts.
