<p>Robert Lewandowski feels Pep Guardiola has come a long way since he first took up a coaching role with Barcelona in 2008 and has shared the experience of working with him at Bayern Munich, revealing that the current Manchester City boss had some difficulties adapting to the Bavarians' squad early doors.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Guardiola's illustrious career as manager has already earned him recognition as one of the greatest managers of all time as he was at the helm of the most successful era at Barcelona between 2008 and 2012, while he has been doing something similar at Manchester City since joining them in 2016.</p><p>However, Guardiola has often come across as a highly demanding manager who wants his players to buy into his tactical ideas.
