Hero Paul Mullin dubs Wrexham the 'Harlem Globetrotters' after scoring first League One goal for Ryan Reynolds & Rob McElhenney's side

Mullin scored in the first minute of Wrexham's clash with Rotherham, his first goal since the club's promotion to League One. The result leaves the Welsh club second in the table, and the striker has compared his side to basketball's Harlem Globetrotters, the touring team that have delighted fans for decades.

Mullin has scored twice in the EFL Trophy as well this season, against Salford City and Wolves U21s, but he is now up and running in League One. Last season, he scored 24 goals in League Two, and was central to the club's promotion.

Mullin wrote on Instagram: "Good 1-0 win for the Harlem Globetrotters today. Thanks for the great support."

Wrexham play Huddersfield Town on Tuesday, and will then face Charlton Athletic at the weekend. Mullin will be out to add to his tally.
