Former Man City & Barcelona striker Sergio Aguero welcomes new baby daughter with model girlfriend as Lionel Messi's wife sends congratulations

Aguero has announced the birth of his first child with his model girlfriend, Calzetti, who is 36. The ex-striker was forced to retire from football in 2021 after a heart condition was discovered, and he has now become a father for the second time. He also has a child with Gianina Maradona, but the pair were divorced in 2012 after four years of marriage.

Aguero has confirmed that his new child is a girl and has been named Olivia. She was born on September 13. Messi's wife, Antonela Roccuzzo, sent congratulations, sending her goodwill and a couple of love-heart emojis.

Aguero wrote: "September 13, 2024 Welcome Olivia! We can't express in words so much happiness."

Aguero has retired from playing so has plenty of time to devote to being a father in the coming months and years.
