'She's unbelievable' - Man City star Lauren Hemp hails the impact of Lionesses boss Sarina Wiegman as England prepare for Netherlands Nations League showdown

Hemp has lauded the coaching ability of Wiegman as England prepare for their encounter with the Netherlands this week. The City star believes the 53-year-old has guided the Three Lions to a completely new level since her appointment.

England won the European Championships in 2022 and also reached the World Cup final, where they were ultimately beaten by Spain. The Lionesses are now gearing up for their second Nations League game, having beaten Scotland 2-1 in their opening game.

Hemp told reporters: "Sarina is a fantastic coach. Ever since she got the job, I feel like she's taken this team to a whole new level. For me personally, I'm learning every single day."

"I feel like I'm getting so much better and getting so much more confident as the days go by. We've got a great coaching staff and she's the head of it. She's unbelievable."

"At the end of training sessions, we're always doing parts that help us individually so I feel like that's something that I'm implementing in my game."

England face the Netherlands on Tuesday as they continue their Nations League journey.
