Bellingham was sent home from Southgate's England squad earlier this week, still recovering from a knock sustained in early November. Los Blancos were reportedly frustrated that the Three Lions insisted on calling Bellingham up, but have already put him through individual drills after his return to Spain.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Bellingham suffered a partial dislocation of his left shoulder in Madrid's La Liga contest with Rayo in early November. Although he was named among the substitutes for Los Blancos' following fixture — a win over Braga in the Champions League — he didn't appear against Valencia.
Bellingham is leading La Liga's Pichichi race so far this year, with 10 goals in 11 games. Atletico Madrid's Antoine Griezmann is just behind him with seven.

WHAT NEXT FOR BELLINGHAM
The midfielder is poised to continue individual training, before returning to the fold after the international break. Madrid's next fixture is on November 26, when they face Cadiz in a La Liga clash.
