Despite Stanway's efforts, the teams went in level at halftime after Frankfurt's Swiss midfielder Geraldine Reuteler equalized for the away side in the 18th minute. A win on Sunday would see Bayern move one step closer towards a potential domestic double, with them already leading the league comfortably over Wolfsburg.

The German side will look to get a result over Frankfurt before taking on Duisburg away from home on April 14, as they look to finish their season on a winning run.
