Daniel Anjorin: Arsenal pay touching tribute to 14-year-old fan killed in east London sword attack

The Gunners fans gave a round of applause in the 14th minute during the club's Premier League clash against Bournemouth as a tribute to the 14-year-old kid while they unfurled a banner in the stands that read, "RIP DANIEL."

The young boy was killed in a sword attack in London on Tuesday. Anjorin was taken to a hospital after being stabbed and was later declared dead. Four other people, including two police officers, were severely injured in the dastardly attack.

The North London club retained their position at the top of the table with a comprehensive 3-0 win over The Cherries courtesy of goals from Bukayo Saka, Leandro Trossard and Declan Rice.

Mikel Arteta's side will be next seen in action on May 12 as they travel to Old Trafford to take on Manchester United in a vital Premier League clash.
