Cristiano Ronaldo reveals delight after Saudi Pro League star reunites with Portugal team-mates ahead of final two Euro 2024 qualifiers

The Selecao have already sealed their berth in next summer’s tournamentin Germany as they have won all of their eight matches in the qualifying stage so far with 32 goals scored and just two conceded. Ronaldo has been leading by example and the 38-year-old expressed his joy after joining the Portugal camp under Roberto Martinez.

The forward took to Instagram to share his joy and posted pictures of him in a training session with a caption that read: "Sentimento de alegria sempre que regresso à nossa seleção! 🇵🇹❤️ #vesteabandeira (Feeling of joy every time I return to our team! 🇵🇹❤️)".

The Al-Nassr forward boasts nine goals so far in the qualifying campaign from seven matches and will be eager to add more to his tally of 127 international strikes when he takes the field in the two upcoming fixtures.

Ronaldo will be in action against Liechtenstein on Thursday evening at Rheinpark Stadion. After an evening away from home, he will return to base to host Iceland at Estadio Jose Alvalade in the final match of the Euro 2024 qualifying campaign on Sunday.
