Per Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea have completed a deal to sign Mathis Eboue from Watford. The midfielder is the son of former Arsenal star Emmanuel, and is now poised to make the move to Stamford Bridge, where he will link up with the club's academy.

Eboue is an England youth international, with three caps for the Under-16s. He has enjoyed a meteoric rise through Watford's youth academy and has played for the Under-21s, despite only being 15.
DID YOU KNOW?
Zak Sturge and Shim Mheuka have also joined Chelsea's academy, both coming from Brighton, as the Blues continue to invest heavily in youth players. It remains to be seen if any of them will ever reach the first-team.
