    The Blues continue to invest heavily under chairman Todd Boehly, with well over £1 billion ($1.3bn) being splashed out since his takeover in west London was completed. There is no sign of transfer business slowing down despite the threat of penalties for breaching Financial Fair Play (FFP) and Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR).

    WHAT NEXT?

    Neto joined Wolves in 2019 and took in 135 appearances across five seasons, scoring 14 goals. He becomes another attacking option for Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca, who already has the likes of Raheem Sterling, Mykhailo Mudryk, Noni Madueke, Christopher Nkunku and Cole Palmer at his disposal.
