West Ham goalkeeper Adrian has not played much this season, watching from the bench as Darren Randolph lines out for the Hammers.

The Spanish shot stopper must have been using his free time to look at videos of Manuel Neuer in action, if his latest training escapade is anything to go by.

Adrian has played less than half of West Ham's Premier League games this season, but having scored just 29 goals in 23 league games, Slaven Bilic might choose to play him up front after this brilliant dribble and goal in training.

West Ham are currently 11th in the league table, having lost three of their last five games.
