Bayer Leverkusen striker Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez ended a lengthy goal drought with a first-half strike against Hertha Berlin on Saturday.

On the Bundesliga season's final day, the Mexico international got in behind Hertha's defense and lifted a shot over the onrushing goalkeeper.

Chicharito would go on to add an assist as Leverkusen easily defeated Hertha 6-2.
It was the first Leverkusen goal for Chicharito since he netted back-to-back-doubles on Feb. 11 and Feb. 17 against Eintracht Frankfurt and Augsburg.
The Mexico international, who has been in and out of Leverkusen's starting XI in recent weeks, took his league tally to 11 for the season.
