Telkom Knockout Cup 2018-19: Fixtures, dates, kick-off times & TV channels

Goal brings you a guide to this year's Telkom Knockout Cup tournament which gets underway this weekend

The Telkom Knockout Cup returns this weekend with some mouth-watering encounters on the menu.

Defending champions Bidvest Wits will be away to Free State Stars in one of the tournament's first matches, while Baroka will be at home to Golden Arrows in Polokwane. 

Mamelodi Sundowns, who won the trophy in 2015 after beating Kaizer Chiefs in the final, will take on Bloemfontein Celtic at the Lucas Moripe Stadium. 

In KwaZulu Natal, Maritzburg United will play hosts to PSL returnees Highlands Park, while Orlando Pirates and Chippa United will complete Saturday's fixtures with a night date at the Orlando Stadium. 

The Old Peter Mokaba Stadium will be the venue for Polokwane City and SuperSport United on Sunday afternoon, while Kaizer Chiefs, who remain the most successful team in the history of the tournament, will be at home to Black Leopards on the same day.

AmaZulu and Cape Town City will complete the round of 16 on Tuesday night.
