Ghana FA President Kwesi Nyantakyi has heaped praise on Hearts of Oak following the appointment of Mark Noonan as Chief Executive Officer of the club.

The American replaces Vincent Sowah Odotei, who recently stepped down from the role after becoming a parliamentarian.

Hearts have announced the building of Pobiman, which will serve as the club's training ground and offices.

Noonan, who has been tasked with restoring the image of the club and raising $1 million each season, paid a courtesy call to the football association's secretariat on Friday, where he held a meeting with Nyantakyi to discuss the way forward for the Ghana Premier League following Great Olympics’ injunction.
