Moleko could be on his way out at Kaizer Chiefs

Kaizer Chiefs are in talks with several PSL clubs who have shown interest in full-back Kgotso Moleko, the player's agent Tim Sukazi revealed.

The 27-year-old hasn't been a regular for Amakhosi since the arrival of Ramahlwe Mphahlele at the beginning of the season.

Sukazi confirmed that the player will remain at Chiefs should the Soweto giants fail to agree terms with the interested clubs.

"No player is happy to sit on the bench. Moleko is also not happy with his situation," Sukazi told the Isolezwe newspaper.

"There are teams that want him and Chiefs know about them. These teams inquired about his availability and Chiefs are in talks with them. So, if they agree then he will go, but if they don't [agree] then it means he will have to stay. All will depend on how the negotiations go," Sukazi said.

While Sukazi wasn't prepared to reveal the names of the teams interested in Moleko, reports suggest that SuperSport United and Bidvest Wits are keen to sign the player.

"Out of respect for those team, I won't mention their names. What's important is that Chiefs know about the teams I'm talking about," Sukazi added.

Moleko has been with Amakhosi for four-and-a-half years now, and this season only, he managed just five appearances in all competitions.
