Talented Australian midfielder Mitch Nichols is currently without a club after leaving Indonesian side Persela Lamongan a week after he signed.
The 28-year-old departed Persela on March 5 for family reasons, only six days after it was announced he has joined the East Java-based club.
It was the same reason given publicly after Nichols left A-League side Perth Glory on February 20.
Nichols has been capped five times for the Socceroos and has been named in the PFA A-League team of the year twice.
The prodigious talent was arrested for cocaine possession last year and received a four-match ban from Football Federation Australia.

FIFA rules say a player can be registered for three clubs in a season, but only play for two - meaning he is not barred from joining a new team this campaign.
