Ushuru FC head coach Ken Kenyatta is confident that his team will be among the top three by the end of the National Super League season.
The taxmen have been inconsistent in the second tier, dropping easy points something that has seen them fall to fourth on the log. Coach Kenyatta says the league is unpredictable and teams in front might drop points as well.
“It is unfortunate that we have been doing unwell but that does not mean we are out of the race. There are matches that are winnable and we want to ensure we do exactly that. We will fight until the end, one thing I am sure of is that if we collect maximum points in the remaining three games then we will be in a good position.
“The main thing is us doing our job; even the teams that are on top of us can slip, so we will do our part and hope for the best,” Kenyatta told Goal in an interview.
There are two rounds of matches remaining in the lower league and as it stands Western Stima have already been promoted to the top tier.
