Mancini may look to change things up in attack after seeing Mario Balotelli fail to make an impact against France before his late withdrawal.

Ronald Koeman will be demanding a more aggressive approach from his side after their disappointing draw with Slovakia.

The Oranje started slow on Friday and went 1-0 down inside 10 minutes before Quincy Promes rescued a draw with a second-half strike.

"You cannot start a match like we did," Koeman told Veronica TV after the match. "We showed too little aggression and could not impose pressure, I'm very disappointed about that."

The likes of Memphis Depay, Georginio Wijnaldum and Virgil van Dijk will be expected to rise to the occasion when they pay a visit to Italy.

The Dutch have beaten Italy just three of the last 20 meetings against the Azzurri, most recently losing 2-1 at home in March last year.

Both sides have undergone a major change since then, however, and are in rough form at the moment.

Three games into his reign as Oranje boss, Koeman has won just once - beating European champions Portugal 3-0 in March - while Mancini is aiming for a first victory on home soil.
