Gor Mahia have officially withdrawn six of their players from Harambee Stars camp, Goal can report.

The six were part of the Kenyan squad that played two friendly matches against Swaziland and Equatorial Guinea and were due to depart with the team to India for a Four Nations tournament scheduled for this weekend.

“I wrote a letter to them (FKF) to have the players released for our upcoming assignments and they have not replied. FKF should be courteous enough to reply to the letter and not use force to have the players in camp.

“The players belong to Gor Mahia and we have a tight schedule in front of us and cannot afford to do without them. We have asked them to leave camp and they will be in Kisumu on Wednesday for the league match.”

The six players include goalkeeper Boniface Oluoch, Francis Kahata, Philemon Otieno, Joash Onyango, Haron Shakava and Humphrey Mieno.
