The Brazilians reached the quarter-finals of the 2017 Caf Champions League on Saturday. Here's how Twitter reacted to their win over St. George

South African football fans are slowly getting used to the idea of seeing Mamelodi Sundowns do well on the African continent. 

This comes after their Saturday's 1-0 win over Ethiopian side St. George. Anthony Laffor scored the only goal of the game in the closing stages of the encounter. 

At home, a self-confessed Sundowns' 'enemy' admitted that he was proud of the Tshwane giants' success in the Caf Champions League. 

Some fans are already thinking of another continental title. Mind you, no South African team has won the Caf Champions League twice.
