EXTRA TIME: Salah, Benatia, Musa and African stars celebrate Eid al-Adha

Football stars joined muslims across the globe in observing one of the biggest events in the Islamic calendar

Liverpool star Mohamed Salah, Juventus defender Medhi Benatia, Al Nassr forward Ahmed Musa and several African stars have joined in celebrating Eid al-Adha.

Eid al-Adha is the latter of the two Eid holidays, the former being Eid al-Fitr.

The celebration is marked with exchanges of gifts with loved ones and the continent's football stars have sent their best wishes to their fans all over the world via social media.
