Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge is being lined up as an alternative option by Sevilla, if they fail to sign Chelsea’s Michy Batshuayi, reports AS .
Sevilla are keen to sign Batshuayi on loan for the rest of the season, but Chelsea are reluctant to sanction a deal until a replacement has been brought in.
That has led Sevilla to consider other targets and Sturridge, who is reportedly interested in a January move in search of regular first-team football, is the back-up option.
