Austria Wien's Kayode scores first league goal in three months

Olarenwaju Kayode ended his goal drought after four league appearances this year, with a goal in Austria Wien's 3-0 victory over Reid in a Bundesliga game.

The Nigerian forward increased his goal tally to eight league goals at the Keine Sorgen Arena as the Violets continue their push for a Champions League spot with two points behind second placed SCR Altach.

Kayode who last scored in Austria Wien's win over Admira in December, doubled the lead with just a minute before half-time, after Raphael Holzhauser had opened scoring in the 24th minute.

Lucas Venuto sealed the win for the Thorsten Fink's side courtesy of a Felipe Pires' assist in the 58th minute.

 The 23-year-old forward who was later replaced by Kev.
/in Friesenbichler  in the 74th minute was delighted to end his goalless run in year 2017.
